Cancellations are considered valid only if they are communicated at least 72 hours before the scheduled check-in date and time.

If the guest requests cancellation within 72 hours prior to check-in, the following conditions apply:

• For cancellations submitted between 72 and 48 hours before check-in, the equivalent of one night’s accommodation will be charged.

• For cancellations submitted less than 48 hours before check-in, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
